NeLH Survey

Background.

In 1998, the government issued a white paper called 'Information for Health' in which it announced the intention to develop a National electronic Library for Health (NeLH). This was to provide all UK health professionals with access to high quality information for clinical practice, via the WWW. In 2001, it was recognised that the existing pilot project needed to develop content on Genetics.

Questions.

We want the Clinical Genetics content of the NeLH meets the needs of it's users. This survey asks about your reasons for and preferences when seeking Genetics information (the 'WHY?' and 'HOW?' questions). A later survey will ask about the content requirements of the site (the 'WHAT?' questions). Any potential users of a NeLH Genetics website are therefore welcome to complete the survey.

This questionnaire consists 20 questions, and should take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
