Job Description and Person Specification
The Chair in Adult Clinical Genetics is being established to promote excellence in the field of genetic medicine (including familial cancer) through effective leadership in clinical care, research and teaching. The Professor will be an outstanding individual who will be able to foster and build a national and international reputation for clinical care and research excellence in Adult Clinical Genetics. The Chair will be located within the University Department of Medicine at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. The successful applicant will also head the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Adult Clinical Genetic Service within the Division of Medicine. The Benefits: An attractive remuneration package is available. Employment Type: The Chair in Adult Clinical Genetics is a 5 year fixed-term appointment. A further term may be offered.
